Agreement

By using QuotaPace, you agree to these terms. QuotaPace is currently in private beta — features, pricing, and availability may change.

The service

QuotaPace connects to your HubSpot account (read-only in this version) to calculate sales pacing metrics and provide AI-generated coaching recommendations to sales managers.

Beta access

Access during the private beta period is provided under the terms communicated at signup (including trial length and any applicable discount codes). Beta features and pricing are subject to change before general availability.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data in your connected HubSpot account and for how you and your team act on QuotaPace's recommendations. QuotaPace's coaching output is a decision-support tool, not a guarantee of sales outcomes.

Data and HubSpot access

You control your HubSpot connection and may disconnect it at any time. Disconnecting stops future data syncing but does not automatically delete previously synced data — see our Privacy Policy for details.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time from your account settings — your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, and no partial-month refunds are issued.

Beta users receive an extended 60-day free trial; standard trials are 14 days. No credit card is required to start a trial.

Limitation of liability

QuotaPace is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuotaPace is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or lost sales, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to QuotaPace is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated to active users.
