Who we are

QuotaPace ("QuotaPace," "we," "us") provides a sales pacing and coaching tool that connects to your HubSpot account. This policy explains what data we access, why, and how it's handled.

What we read from HubSpot

QuotaPace connects to your HubSpot account via OAuth with read-only access in this version of the product. We do not write, edit, or delete any data in your HubSpot account. Specifically, we read:

• Deal records — amount, close date, stage, owner, and created date, used to calculate pipeline pacing
• Contact and lead records — used only for pre-deal conversion tracking where enabled
• Owner records — name and email, used to map data to the correct sales rep
• Activity records — type, date, and duration, used to calculate activity pacing against targets

We request the minimum HubSpot permissions (scopes) needed for these features, and nothing more.

How we store your data

Data is synced automatically every 4 hours, with aggregated metrics stored per rep, per period — not full raw deal records. Access tokens used to connect to your HubSpot account are encrypted at rest.

Who can see your data

Only your organization's QuotaPace account has access to your synced data. We do not sell or share your HubSpot data with third parties.

AI processing

QuotaPace uses AI to generate coaching insights based on your pacing data, powered by Anthropic's Claude API.

Data retention

If you disconnect HubSpot or cancel your account, your synced data is retained for 90 days, then permanently deleted. This gives you a window to reconnect without losing your history.

Your rights

You can disconnect your HubSpot account at any time from Settings, which stops all future data syncing. To request earlier deletion of your data, email barry@quotapace.ai.

Your data rights

Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion of your data
• Restrict or object to certain processing
• Receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format
• Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
